Voices For Veterans

Dr. Robert Goebel is a successful alumnus of Nassau Community College. After receiving his Associate Degree in Business from Nassau, Robert continued his education at New York Chiropractic College, earning his Doctorate of Chiropractic in 1981. He also served as a senior instructor for the Dale Carnegie Institute of Long Island for over 15 years.

After caring for many stars in the rock industry, Robert, a musician since childhood, decided to incorporate his leadership skills with his musical experience. He has created and promoted several popular bands over the past two decades.

Robert began playing music and organizing events to honor and benefit veterans in 2008. Since that time, he and other caring musicians have played many venues around the New York metropolitan area to raise awareness of the difficulties our veterans face as they return home from war.

Dr. Goebel set up the _Voices For Veterans Scholarship _at Nassau Community College to assist veterans in need and their dependants in obtaining a great education from a valuable institution and improve their lives.
