Carlos and Evangeline Bravo-Manjares
Students who give their time and energy through volunteer work and community service must be acknowledged through scholarship awards. Community service is a donated service that is performed to benefit the community, greater society and the world. Giving or sharing makes one’s life meaningful and also enriches the lives of those who receive. The privilege of giving is a special gift to ourselves because it places an imprint in the lives of the people all around us.
This scholarship will help pursue Carlos and Evangeline’s dreams of making a difference in the lives of individuals. They believe that their life’s work is not just a job; it is a calling as they continue to serve, comfort, inspire and love.
